PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATION

Opening an investment account requires the deposit of cash and/or marketable securities in a brokerage firm or other custodian, completion and signing of the custodian documents, signing the limited trading authorization, and the signing of the investment management agreement. No investment activity commences, however, until there is a mutual understanding of investment objectives.

The Limited Trading Authorization Agreement enables Earl M. Foster Associates to buy and sell securities. We do not act as custodian for any assets in the portfolio.

An independent accounting system, utilizing the latest in computer technology, maintains portfolio records and provides the ability to rapidly respond to administrative questions and reconcile investment activity and performance with those of the custodian. The Company maintains a compliance function to ensure that portfolio management is in accordance with all state and federal securities laws.
